RWAHUB e-wallet: from opening to transaction records

How to check registration/recovery syntax/deposit/withdrawal network and leave transaction and tax data.

An electronic wallet is a tool that manages keys to access blockchain assets and transaction signatures. The ID and password, the receiving address that can be made public, and the private key and recovery phrase that must be kept private are different.

Information to distinguish before you begin

This article is a compilation of repetitions from a long user guide dated January 13, 2026. The actual sign-up screen and support functions may change, so you must proceed based on the conditions currently displayed on the official service.

Open wallet and confirm address

The original text is the official wallet servicepay.rwahub.app ↗introduced the procedure for opening a wallet through email and phone authentication, setting an ID and password, and confirming an additional password. Country code and phone number format follows the current field instructions.

After signing up, copy the receiving address and verify it with the network. Verifying a public address does not require passing your recovery phrase to anyone else. This page does not provide example private keys or recovery phrases.

Recovery phrases kept private

The recovery phrase is the key secret to restoring wallet access. Store it in the correct order on paper or other offline media and do not send it to support staff or acquaintances. Loss or leakage may result in loss of access to assets.

If you leave a recovery phrase in a photo, messenger, or email, your confidential information may be exposed online. If you enter your hardware wallet's recovery phrase into your online wallet for verification purposes, you may lose the security benefits of offline storage. Recovery checks use the official procedures for the device.

Network and gas fees

The original text explains BNB Chain's token movement and Polygon's use of USDT. You must first check whether the assets and networks on the sending and receiving sides match. Even if the asset name is the same, if the chain is different, it is a different transfer.

Gas fees are subject to the conditions of the network used. Don't assume the default fee balance is always available; check your current balance and the estimated cost on the transfer screen. Sending a small test does not replace address and network verification.

Daily transactions and long-term storage

Hot wallets connected to the Internet are convenient to use, but they are exposed to devices, sites, and signature requests. Hardware wallets manage keys on an offline device, but they do not eliminate the risk of recovery phrase leaks or incorrect signatures.

Do not connect your wallet to an unfamiliar site or perform approvals or signatures whose contents you do not know. After checking the compatibility and recovery procedures of the assets, they must be managed according to their intended use.

Customer verification and transaction records

KYC is a process to verify customer identity, and AML is a management system that detects and prevents the movement of illegal funds. Submitted materials confirm the route and purpose guided within the official service.

The fact that you have performed identity verification does not guarantee the safety of your profits or business. Buy/sell execution, commission, TxID, network, and asset deposit/withdrawal details are stored separately.

Differences between selling, transferring, and withdrawing KRW

The steps to sell tokens to receive other digital assets are different from the steps to withdraw them into fiat currency. You must check supported trading pairs, liquidity, deposit/withdrawal limits, account in your name, and fees.

Even when using a swap or bridge, you must leave behind assets, time, quantity and costs before and after. If there are no buyers in the market or withdrawals are restricted, it cannot be immediately cashed out, and stablecoins also have price and redemption risks.

Taxes are levied depending on the nature of rights and income.

The National Tax Service's virtual asset income guide explains taxation on residents' virtual asset transfer and rental income after January 1, 2027, basic deduction of 2.5 million won per year, and national tax rate of 20%. This guidance cannot be applied uniformly to dividends, interest, and business income from all RWA rights.

Treatment may vary depending on the rights of the individual tokens and the nature of the income received. We leave supporting data such as sale date, quantity, price, commission, receipt of compensation, valuation at the time, exchange rate, etc. and follow National Tax Service guidance and expert review at the time of reporting.
