A business model that connects travel, accommodation and utility tokens

CEO Jang Jin-woo said that actual users and repeated consumption are the foundation of the platform's competitiveness, and explained the direction of allowing users to experience the ecosystem while using travel services.

The Company plans to build an online travel agency connecting reservations and payments for hotels, resorts, residences and guesthouses, while exploring direct acquisition of accommodation properties. Proposed approaches include acquisition and renovation, long-term leases and operating agreements.

The idea is to review tourism demand, facility profitability, and asset value to improve operations and manage the quality of products and services by supplying them to our own OTA.

The Company stated that it is considering ways to digitize lawful rights and revenue structures arising from assets or businesses and connect them to fundraising. It also plans to examine accommodation benefits where permitted by applicable laws and product structures.

Securing physical accommodation assets, remodeling, OTA operation, lodging sales, RWA financial linkage, and user expansion were presented as one business flow.

The basic principle is to divide RWA products into investment areas linked to assets and rights, and utility tokens into use areas such as reservations, discounts, and rewards.

We plan to gradually expand overseas markets by reviewing country-specific regulations and the size of the tourism market, and secure operating partnerships with local hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators. This is a business plan in the development/review stage at the time of announcement.
