The key difference between CeFi and DeFi is whether financial services are provided by a central operator or executed through smart contracts on the blockchain. CeFi can be understood by focusing on the management system of the operating entity, while DeFi can be understood by paying attention to the protocol code and operating method.
However, DeFi is also influenced by the decisions of developers and governance, and the actual level of decentralization varies from service to service. RWAHUB presented a hybrid strategy that selects a path based on asset, country, and investor conditions rather than applying one or the other all at once.

What is the difference between CeFi and DeFi?
In centralized services, the operator's role is important in storing assets, processing transactions, and responding to customers. In DeFi, it is important to understand the execution rules of smart contracts, wallet authority, and collateral and clearing structures. A real service may combine many methods, so its safety cannot be determined by its name alone.
Dual-Rail, as RWAHUB refers to it, goes beyond declaring that only the advantages of both methods will be taken, and is a task of determining the scope of application according to the nature of the asset. The company plans to review investor confirmation, transfer restrictions, and custody in securities assets and markets with clear regulations, and develop linkages with DeFi to the extent legally permitted.

Switzerland: The role of protocols and governance
The Company is pursuing the establishment of the RWAHUB Foundation in Switzerland and considering roles covering the protocol, governance, developer ecosystem and data standards.
Establishing a foundation and obtaining a financial business license are not the same process. The company explains that the issuance, brokerage, consignment, and trading of actual products require separate review depending on the legal nature of the business.
US OTA: Connecting operational data to asset understanding
The plan is to connect hotels, resorts, lodging, flights, vehicles, tours, etc. through an OTA business corporation in Delaware, USA, and REDDOGTRIP. The company plans to use room occupancy rate, room unit price, reservation/cancellation and settlement data from this business for valuation and risk analysis of lodging assets.
Instead of just looking at the name and valuation of the building, we want to see what cash flow is generated from actual operations. The method of collecting and verifying data and linking asset rights must be designed separately.
Philippine BPO: Operational base for data and customer support
RepublicBPO is presented as a base for English-based customer service, CRM, back office and AI operations. The plan is to support the operations of RWAHUB and REDDOGTRIP while also promoting BPO business for external companies.
The Company plans to manage data quality and customer support by combining AI agents with human review. Global connectivity becomes practical when these operating capabilities accompany the network itself.

As the asset changes, the connection conditions also change.
Real estate, precious metals, hotels, smart farms, carbon emissions rights, content, and SOC have different rights and operating conditions. Using one technology does not mean that the investment structure will be the same.
RWAHUB is reviewing a structure that utilizes country-specific SPVs for overseas assets as needed, and manages underlying assets, investor funds, legal rights, and cash flow separately.
Check the underlying assets before issuing
The proposed process moves from asset verification and valuation to custody or trust arrangements, external data checks, proof of reserves, tokenization, circulation and redemption. The Company proposes connecting AGOS, oracles and Proof of Reserve to improve transparency around assets and issuance.
The fact that you can connect technically is different from the fact that the asset has been verified. The principle presented by the company, ‘No Verified Asset, No Mint’, must also be specified with actual verification standards, responsible entities, and public data.
Range of hybrids proposed by RWAHUB
This strategy connects Korea's technology platform, Switzerland's protocol and governance, the US's travel OTA, and the Philippines' BPO with each country's real asset structure.
The Company identifies the connection between real-economy operating data and CeFi and DeFi as a point of differentiation. This article explains that business direction; it does not verify that each hub has been established or that its services are operational.
The completeness of the structure is judged by the entire process.
Multi-country business involves challenges such as legal and operational complexity, initial costs, data quality, and securing performance. Rather than issuing many tokens, the company plans to first secure cases that span from asset verification to investment, cash flow, distribution and repayment.
Therefore, when evaluating a hybrid structure, we must look not only at the connecting technology but also at the operator, rights, data, and response procedures when problems arise.
