Preparation for growth financing

The announcement does not imply completion of financing or opening of subscriptions. It was explained that the detailed usage plan and allocated amount will be confirmed through review of the management company, accounting and legal regulations, and public offering procedures.

Exchange listing preparation and 1.5 billion won budget

The Company stated that it plans to prepare for entry into global digital asset exchanges, including Bybit, targeting the first quarter of 2027. Preparations cover tokenomics, legal review, smart-contract security, disclosures, circulation and liquidity management.

Approximately 1.5 billion won is the review budget, including review response, laws and regulations, security, technology linkage, marketing, market creation, and operational support. This is not a listing fee confirmed to be paid to a specific exchange. Listing status and schedule are subject to the exchange's independent review.

Business area where funds are directed

Announced areas of use include platform development, AI Agent·AGOS·ERP, Swiss/US business base, global OTA, new RWA project, marketing/BPO, professional manpower, and operating funds.

The Korean subsidiary will take charge of technology and platform operations, while the overseas base will take charge of each business function. He explained that he is considering expansion into real estate, lodging, gold, carbon, content, beauty, smart farms, and SOC.

Stocks and tokens are separate rights

The Company's proposed dual-listing strategy does not mean listing the same product on two markets. It means separately pursuing company shares and ecosystem tokens under their respective legal procedures.

Shares are linked to the company's shareholder rights, and tokens are linked to the rights established in the final issuance terms. This article is a record of the plan at the time and is not used as current recruitment conditions or confirmation of transaction support.
