With a new airport planned, tourism inflow is expected to increase significantly.This project involves the development and fractional sale of an international mid-scale hotel with 257 rooms in the Cheonbu-ri 191 area of Buk-myeon, Ulleung County. The site benefits from planned convenience and sports facilities and offers a rare location surrounded by pristine natural scenery.The Ulleungdo hotel project is considered a real-world asset (RWA) investment model that provides stable cash flow and long-term value appreciation, supported by strong existing demand, enhanced air-access infrastructure, and a scarce coastal development site.
